Custom Jewelry Manufacturing
Each custom jewelry piece is made to order and requires approximately 2–3 business weeks for production. Once your piece is ready, we will request your confirmation before proceeding with shipment.
Shipping & Delivery
After dispatch, orders typically arrive within 10–15 business days. Please note that delays due to severe weather, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
- We do not ship to PO boxes
- If the delivery address is changed during transit, any resulting delays will be the customer’s responsibility
Free Delivery
We offer complimentary shipping to your address. However, any customs duties or local taxes imposed by authorities are the responsibility of the customer.

Yes, all our lab-grown diamonds are IGI certified. Once your order is placed and the diamond is confirmed, we will provide a digital copy of the IGI certificate. The original physical certificate will be included with your completed order.
Can I customize this ring?
Yes, you can fully customize this ring, including the center diamond’s carat weight, prong style, band width, setting height, side stones, metal, ring size, and engraving. Please chat with our team to discuss your preferred customizations.
Will I receive a CAD design before production?
Yes. We can provide a detailed 3D CAD design for your review before production begins. You can request modifications until you are completely satisfied, and we will begin production only after receiving your approval.
How long will my ring take to arrive?
Each ring is made to order. Production generally takes 2–3 weeks, followed by approximately 5-9 business days for shipping. If you have a specific proposal or event date, contact us before ordering to discuss expedited options.
Can this ring be resized?
Yes. We offer one complimentary resizing within 1 years of delivery, limited to approximately one size up or down. Customers are responsible for two-way shipping. Full-eternity bands and certain intricate designs may not be resizable.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Because every ring is made according to your selected size, metal, and stone, returns unrelated to a manufacturing defect are subject to a 20% restocking fee for moissanite jewelry and a 30% restocking fee for lab-grown diamond jewelry.
