At Vantara Gems, we ensure your ring fits as it should—comfortably and precisely. Every ring is crafted with care, and we offer a one-time complimentary resize within 12 months of delivery, subject to design feasibility.

1. Engagement & Wedding Rings

• All engagement and wedding rings include one complimentary resize within 12 months of completion.
• Requests beyond this period, or additional resizing after the first adjustment, will be subject to a service fee.

2. Ready-to-Ship Rings

• Ready-to-ship rings also qualify for one complimentary resize within 12 months.
• If a ring has already been resized once, any further adjustment will require evaluation to ensure it remains structurally sound.
• Resizing range may reduce after the first alteration due to metal integrity.

3. Rings with Engraving

• Engravings are positioned thoughtfully to minimize disruption during resizing.
• If resizing affects the engraving, it will be restored at no additional cost.

4. How to Request a Resize

To initiate a resize request, please email: support@vantaragems.com with:

• Order number
  
• Date of purchase
  

Our team will guide you through available options and the next steps, including shipping instructions.

5. Terms & Conditions

• One complimentary resize per ring within 12 months of delivery
  
• Shipping costs (both ways) are the customer’s responsibility
  
• Requests beyond the standard resizing range may require a remake
  
• Remakes involve a fee and typically take up to 2 weeks (excluding shipping)
  
• Any price difference must be paid in advance
  
• The original ring must be returned for inspection before dispatching the new piece
  
• Resizing done by third-party jewelers voids the warranty
  

6. Non-Resizable Designs

Certain styles cannot be resized due to their structure:

• Full eternity bands
  
• Full pavé bands
  
• Open bands
  

7. Design-Specific Considerations

Basket Settings

• Limited flexibility due to structure
  
• May result in a slightly oval shape after resizing
  
• Typically allows slightly less adjustment than standard ranges
  

Cathedral Settings

• Adjustments are limited to the lower half of the band
  
• Larger changes may affect the ring’s shape
  
• Slightly reduced resizing range compared to standard designs
  

Custom Rings

Each custom piece is unique. Resizing feasibility will be assessed individually to maintain design integrity.
