We aim to deliver your Vantara Gems pieces as efficiently as possible while maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship.
Custom Jewelry Manufacturing
Each custom jewelry piece is made to order and requires approximately 2–3 business weeks for production. Once your piece is ready, we will request your confirmation before proceeding with shipment.
Shipping & Delivery
After dispatch, orders typically arrive within 10–15 business days. Please note that delays due to severe weather, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
- We do not ship to PO boxes
- If the delivery address is changed during transit, any resulting delays will be the customer’s responsibility
Free Delivery
We offer complimentary shipping to your address. However, any customs duties or local taxes imposed by authorities are the responsibility of the customer.
Product Changes
If changes are requested after production has started, the manufacturing timeline will restart from day one.
Delivery Assurance
We prioritize urgent orders and strive to meet delivery expectations. However, once shipped, any delays caused by the courier or logistics providers are outside our control.
