How The Upgrade Works ?

When you’re ready to upgrade your ring, simply reach out to our team. We’ll guide you through the process and may request images of your current piece for an initial assessment.

Ship Your Ring for Evaluation
Once your request is approved, you’ll be invited to send your ring to us for a thorough evaluation. Our team will carefully assess the piece and confirm your eligibility, followed by a personalized upgrade quotation.
(Note- Shipping to our facility is arranged by the customer.)
The final cost includes the difference in diamond value, along with a 20% fee on the original ring price to cover craftsmanship and reworking.
Your Upgraded Ring, Recrafted
Once your piece is received, our artisans begin the process of refining your ring—preserving its original design while elevating it with a larger, more radiant center stone.
Receive Your Refined Ring
Your upgraded ring will be ready within 2–3 weeks from the time we receive your original piece. Each ring is carefully refined to preserve its original form—now enhanced with greater presence and brilliance.
